Any active subscriptions must be cancelled before deletion. Unused purchased Service Hours will be refunded at 70% of face value in accordance with our cancellation policy.

To proceed, send a deletion request to our support team. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
